Digital Project Manager - Operations (Remote)

Job Description:

About Takeoff

Takeoff is a fully remote digital agency specializing in enterprise B2B website design and development. We've delivered 200+ successful launches for leading enterprise clients, handling 15-20 redesign projects annually. We combine strategic thinking with flawless execution to deliver websites that perform, not cookie-cutter sites, but custom, high-impact digital experiences that solve complex business problems.

Our team of 23 works on sophisticated projects for enterprise B2B and SaaS clients. The kind of work that challenges you, expands your skillset, and looks incredible in your portfolio.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Project Manager to join our delivery team and keep our enterprise website projects running smoothly. This is an execution-focused role -- you'll be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple client engagements.

You'll handle the day-to-day operational rhythm of our projects: managing tickets, entering and QA-ing content, writing post-call summaries with action items, keeping team members on deadline, and ensuring clients always know what's happening next. You'll work alongside our strategists, designers, and developers to keep everything moving.

This role is ideal for someone who comes from an agency environment, is comfortable juggling multiple clients at once, and takes pride in being the most organized person in the room.

You'll report to our Director of Strategy and work closely with senior PMs, designers, and developers across the team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage task flow across 3-7 client engagements simultaneously -- triaging tickets, assigning work, and following up to make sure deadlines are hit
  • Handle content entry and QA in Webflow and/or WordPress -- you'll be in the CMS regularly, not just managing people who are
  • Write post-call summaries after client and internal planning calls, with clear action items and due dates
  • Keep teams on track by sending reminders, flagging blockers, and making sure nothing slips
  • Support client communication by preparing status updates, managing follow-ups, and ensuring clients feel informed
  • Run QA checks on websites before client review and launch, catching issues before they become problems
  • Maintain project documentation -- keeping task boards, timelines, and project files organized and current

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of project management, operations, or QA experience at a digital or web agency (not product development or general IT)
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow and/or WordPress -- you've been in the backend, not just worked with developers who use them
  • Agency background -- you've managed multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong written English -- you'll be writing call summaries, client updates, and internal communications daily

Bonus Points (Highly Valued):

  • QA + PM combo background -- you've done both quality assurance and project management (this is our ideal profile)
  • Content entry experience -- you've actually entered and formatted content in a CMS, not just managed the process
  • HTML/CSS knowledge -- you can read code, spot issues, and troubleshoot basic frontend problems
  • Experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS clients -- complex stakeholder structures, longer project timelines
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar

Location/Timezone Requirements:

  • Location: Remote. Based outside the United States. Eastern Europe and South America are preferred, but we're open to other regions.
  • Time Zone: Must have at least 3 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (EST/EDT) for client meetings and team collaboration
